Irish Rubies Limited was founded in 1969 by Shay Lynch and Pat O’Brien. Shay and Pat learnt their trade in Thomas O’Connor & Sons where they spent 15 years gaining vast experience in the jewellery trade. Shay and Pat are both qualified Goldsmiths and Diamond Mounters. They also spent 3 years in London fine tuning their skills in design.
